We all know the importance of being able to deliver beyond our clients expectations and knowing how to manage your clients from the start to finish of a transaction will help with this. Managing clients can be quite challenging at the best of times with each client bringing different personalities, emotions and expectations to the table. To help with managing your clients, I have outlined below some simple tips on how you can best manage your clients. Remember having a good effective client relationship that is built on trust will mean the more likely they are to be repeat clients or referrers.
Gaining new clients is one thing, however retaining them can sometimes be quiet challenging.

📌Speak in their language
📌Be transparent and human
📌Keep their best interests in mind
📌Know their problems
📌Know what their objectives are
📌Always have a management plan in place for each client
