  • Organising photo shoots

  • Maintaining and managing CRM database

  • Implementing structures and processes for a smooth workflow

  • Data entry

  • General administration tasks

Communication:

  • Communication with Sellers, clients (via phone, email or text)

  • Communication with buyers (via phone, email or text)

  • Communication with pipeline (via phone, email or text)

  • Communication with building and Pest companies

  • Communication with Financiers and Valuers

  • Communication with Buyers Agents or Real Estate Agents
     

SOCIAL MEDIA/MARKETING:

  • Creating content for social media
